On the 16th June 2009, Balance, the first Regional Alcohol Office will be launching the North East Big Drink Debate, "one of the biggest public health debate of it's kind to ever take place in the North East of England". The main purpose of the debate is to discove people's attitudes towards and relationships with alcohol and the information gathered will be used to inform a State of the Region report, to be published in the Autumn.

So don't miss your chance to have your say the north east needs as many responses as possible. You can either complete the questionnaire online today at

LAUNCH OF COUNTY DURHAM COMMUNITY ALCOHOL SERVICE (CAS)

The County Durham Community Alcohol Service (CAS) will be formally launched on Wednesday 25th February 2009 at the Gala Theatre, Durham City.

Regional Alcohol Office Launch "BALANCE" Regional response to tackle health and social problems
